WE BELIEVE that there is one living and true God, eternally existing in three persons: The
Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, equal in power and glory; that this triune God created
all, upholds all, and governs all (see Trinity). (Genesis 1:2, Matthew 28:19, John 10:30).
WE BELIEVE that the SCRIPTURES of the Old and New Testaments are the only true
source and authority for living (based on Psalm 19:7-11; II Timothy 3:16-17). That they are
the only infallible authoritative Word of God, fully inspired without error in the original
manuscripts, and the infallible rule of faith and practice (see Has God Said?) (II Timothy 3:
16).
WE BELIEVE in GOD, THE FATHER, an infinite, personal Spirit, perfect in holiness, wisdom,
power and love; that he concerns Himself mercifully in the affairs of men; that he hears and
answers prayer; and that he saves from sin and death all who come to Him through Jesus
Christ.
WE BELIEVE in JESUS CHRIST, God’s only begotten Son, conceived by the Holy Spirit. We
believe in His virgin birth, sinless life, miracles and teachings, His substitutionary atoning
death, bodily resurrection, ascension into heaven, perpetual intercession for His people and
personal, visible return to earth (see The Uniqueness of Jesus Christ) (John 3:16, Matthew
1:18, Hebrews 4:15, I Peter 3:18, Acts 1:9,11, The Gospels).
WE BELIEVE in the HOLY SPIRIT, who came forth from the Father and Son to convict the
world of sin, righteousness, and judgment, and to regenerate, sanctify and empower for
ministry all who believe in Christ; we believe the Holy Spirit indwells every believer in Jesus
Christ and that He is an abiding Helper, Teacher, and guide. We believe in the present
ministry of the Holy Spirit and in the exercise of all the biblical gifts of the Spirit. Therefore
we will have “after-glow” services and/or “believers’ meetings” to wait on and practice
these gifts in accordance with Biblical guidelines (John 14:26, John 16:13, Romans 8:9, I
Corinthians 3:16; 6:19-20).
WE BELIEVE that all PEOPLE are sinners by nature and choice and therefore, are under
condemnation, lost, and must be saved. And that man’s only hope of redemption is
through faith in the shed blood of Jesus Christ and that only by God’s grace and through
faith alone are we saved. That God regenerates by the Holy Spirit, those who repent of
their sins and confess Jesus Christ as Lord (John 3:16-19, John 5:24, Romans 5:8-9,
Ephesians 2:8-9, Titus 3:5).
WE BELIEVE in the universal CHURCH, the living spiritual body, of which Christ is the head
and all regenerated persons are members (I Corinthians 12:12-13, Galatians 3:26-28).
WE BELIEVE in the RESURRECTION of both the saved and the unsaved; they that are
saved unto resurrection of live and they that are unsaved unto the resurrection of
damnation (John 5:28-29).
WE BELIEVE in the personal, visible RETURN OF CHRIST to earth and the establishment of
His Kingdom
WE BELIEVE in the two New Testament ORDINANCES of water baptism and the Lord’s
Supper (baptism by immersion and communion to all believers). These ordinances are
observed in obedience to our Lord Jesus Christ, as the acts of love and devotion, and are
not considered to be necessary for our salvation (Matthew 28:19-20, Luke 22:19-20, I
Corinthians 11:24-25).

relationship with the Lord to the next level.

are currently studying the book of Revelation
